Job Title: Project Controls SME -03

Work Location: Aiken-Onsite

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to management on classification requirements and compliance and on the CD process and deliverable format
• Review and provide input to specifications for engineered equipment and/or subcontracts Review and provide input to estimators on resources (labor and other-than-labor) needed to perform the scope of work
• Provide input to schedulers on sequence, durations, and logic of activities
• Provide input to management regarding risk-informed schedules to serve as the basis for establishing milestones and PBIs
• Provide input to engineers, estimators, and schedulers on constructability, maintain-ability, operability, and commissioning
• Provide input to technical writers for BOEs, BOS, and WBS data dictionary

Basic Job Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to project controls
• Fifteen years of experience in engineering, construction, operations, estimating, scheduling, project controls, proposal development, and/or project management
• Five years of experience demonstrating knowledge of desired area of subject matter expertise Bachelors degree. Candidates not meeting the education requirements may be considered based on additional relevant experience
