Job Title: Licensed Master Electrician  

Job Summary: 
Our client is seeking a Licensed Master Electrician with a strong background in healthcare facilities and compliance with NFPA 70E standards. The successful candidate will join an engineering teamworking to ensure the safety and reliability of projects in the central US. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Planning: Lead a team of electricians and apprentices, plan electrical projects, and ensure completion according to specifications and deadlines.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, including wiring, lighting, and circuit breakers.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, using technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC). Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks.
  • Permits and Inspections: Apply for necessary permits, coordinate inspections, and ensure that projects pass all regulatory requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to understand project requirements and provide cost estimates or consultations.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of all electrical installations, modifications, and repairs performed, ensuring detailed and accurate reports.

Qualifications:

  • Texas Master Electrician license (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician
  • Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Ability to manage and train junior electricians and apprentices
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical plans
