Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a diverse background in the electrical construction industry, including commercial, medical, industrial, and government projects. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project management, from financial reporting and budget tracking to scheduling and subcontractor management. This individual will lead project teams and ensure project success through effective communication, organization, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, possess strong negotiation skills, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor project management staff, overseeing project financials, schedules, and labor/material tracking.
• Coordinate with General Superintendent and Foreman for production tracking, constructability plans, and project execution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and cash flow, including creation and maintenance of schedules of values, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure all safety and company requirements are met, maintaining a positive work environment with all project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular job site visits, manage project documentation, and provide guidance on buyouts, material procurement, and project closeout.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in people, process, and performance management.
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, labor tracking, and financial software.
• Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of project estimating, pre-construction, and design-build processes.
