Job Title: Civil3D CAD Designer (Water Resources)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to develop complex 3D models, surfaces, and construction plans for water resource projects. The candidate will interpret survey data and engineer-provided sketches to produce detailed designs with minimal input. Collaboration with design engineers is essential to create complete drawing sets and ensure adherence to CAD standards. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work with personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D surfaces, models, cross-sections, and profiles for existing and proposed structures.
• Prepare accurate construction plans and conceptual figures, and perform quality control on CAD deliverables.
• Update CAD templates and processes for water resources projects, and provide training to CAD staff.
• Collaborate on drawing production and maintain CAD standards and libraries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in CAD preferred.
• 3-15 yrs years in engineering design with advanced CAD software expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Revit or MicroStation is a plus.
